Q. What is the cost for UK postage and packing?

A. The price of UK postage and packing is already included in the prices quoted.

Q. How can I pay for my purchases?

A. You may pay by cheque, postal order, bank transfer or credit card (using PayPal) for UK orders, or by credit card (again using PayPal) for non UK sales.

Q. Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases?

A. This may be possible, although you need to contact us first to discuss your order so that we may calculate any potential discount. 

Q. Is your site secure for credit card payments?

A. Yes, we are 100% secure.  All credit card payments are processed through PayPal's secure site.

Q. Can I place an order from overseas?

A. Yes, of course! Although, you need to contact me first to get a quote for postage costs for your order.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?

A.  Unfortunately not at the moment.

Q. How quickly will I receive my order?

A. Once cleared payment has been received, we will despatch your order within 2 working days.  This will be by either Royal Mail 1st Class, Standard Parcels, Special Delivery (next day guaranteed), or Parcelforce 48 hour.

Q. My order hasn't arrived, so what should I do?

A. If you order hasn't arrived within 7 days, please contact us and we will advise you on any steps you should take, such as contacting your local sorting office etc.
